Drum Roll Please....

The results are in from Month 1 of my TurboFire/ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid and I am a happy girl! I lost 4 pounds [127.8 down to 123.8] and lost 4 1/2 inches! It has made me SO PUMPED for Month 2! I did the first workout last night and it was NO JOKE! 6-8 reps, but heavier and I can feel it today. I also did HIIT 25, which obviously gets you breathless. Tonight I will most likely be doing Fire 60. I need a good cardio workout.

Where Shall I Start...

Well I decided to start this blog since I recently became an Independent BeachBody Coach. I*ve had MUCH success with Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire and ChaLEAN Extreme. [I LOVE YOU CHALENE JOHNSON...No really..I do!] Before these programs, I didn*t SEE the results of all my hard work. When you see, you believe! I also have been eating A LOT cleaner! After all, getting fit and having LONG TERM results is 20% exercise 80% diet! You can work on those Abs for days and days but if you make bad food choices that jiggle is going to keep..well...jiggling!

I*m finishing up the first month of my TurboFire/ChaLEAN Extreme hybrid and HOLY SHTITAKE MUSHROOMS can I see and feel a difference! I*ll be posting the results on my YouTube page and here.

My little angel is waking from her nap now, so I gotta end this!
